The bank provides various retail banking accounts. The Current Account requires no minimum balance for immediate cheque issuance. Saving Account is profit-bearing, with adjustable profit credit frequency. Johara Account offers tiered profit rates based on balance slabs. Itmenaan Account provides a monthly profit payout and auto-renewal. Asaan Account allows mobile-only onboarding with a zero balance. Special Saving Account has a fixed tenor and a guaranteed profit rate. Fixed Deposits offer tenors from 1 to 12 months with auto-renewal options. Premium Term Deposits have tenors from 12 to 60 months with negotiable profit margins. The Senior Citizen Account includes a bonus profit rate of +0.25% and preferential service-charge waivers. Freelancer Account features quarterly profit distribution and digital statements. Muaawin Account links to investor portfolio securitized deposits with direct custody.
Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan issues multiple branded debit cards. The VISA Infinite Card features a contactless EMV chip. It includes global lounge access via LoungeKey. The bank offers several financing options. Dubai Islamic Personal Finance uses Musawamah commodity financing. Financing limits range from PKR 50,000 to PKR 4 million. Tenors are available from 6 to 48 months. A deferred first installment option extends up to 240 days. Dubai Islamic Home Finance operates on a Shirkat-ul-melk cum Ijarah model. Financing is available up to PKR 75 million. The variable rental rate is KIBOR plus a margin, reset every 6 or 12 months. Financing covers 70% Loan-to-Value (LTV). Dubai Islamic Auto Finance uses a Musharaka cum Ijarah model. It finances up to 70% of car value, from PKR 150,000 to PKR 3 million. Tenors are 1 to 5 years, for vehicles up to 9 years old. Income-clubbing is an option. Dubai Islamic Business Finance also uses Shirkat-ul-melk cum Ijarah. Financing ranges from PKR 0.5 to PKR 20 million, covering 70% LTV. Both fresh and balance-transfer variants are available. Complimentary property Takaful is provided.
Wajaha Priority Banking is available for eligible clients. A minimum CASA balance of PKR 3 million is required. Alternatively, assets under management must be PKR 6 million.
