Banking Research Analyst
Location: Karachi Office | Full-time
We are seeking a meticulous Banking Research Analyst to drive our research initiatives across Pakistan's dynamic financial sector. You'll play a crucial role in analyzing banking products, tracking market developments, and ensuring our platform delivers the most accurate and current financial information to Pakistani consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze product offerings from conventional banks, Islamic banks, microfinance institutions, and emerging fintech companies across Pakistan. Track regulatory developments and policy changes from the State Bank of Pakistan, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other relevant authorities. Research and document detailed product specifications including profit rates, fee structures, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions. Verify information accuracy through cross-referencing multiple official sources and public disclosures. Analyze market trends and prepare insightful reports on sector developments. Maintain comprehensive databases ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in banking, financial services, or market research within Pakistan. Exceptional analytical and research capabilities with meticulous attention to detail. Fluency in English and Urdu (additional regional languages are a plus). Deep understanding of Pakistan's banking ecosystem, regulatory framework, and Shariah-compliant banking principles. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools. Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple research streams simultaneously.

Business Development Associate
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Full-time
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions and drive platform expansion across Pakistan. This role involves building meaningful relationships with banks, Islamic financial institutions, and fintech companies to enhance our information coverage and market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential institutional partners including commercial banks, Islamic banks, microfinance institutions, and payment service providers. Develop and maintain professional relationships with bank marketing teams, product managers, and communication departments. Coordinate partnership initiatives to ensure timely access to product updates and promotional information. Support market expansion strategies to increase platform coverage across all major cities and regions. Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence gathering. Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective partnership frameworks and data collection protocols.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field from an accredited Pakistani university. 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with strong networking abilities. Fluency in English and Urdu; proficiency in Punjabi, Sindhi, or Pashto highly valued. Solid understanding of Pakistan's financial services landscape and consumer banking trends. Professional presentation skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.
